Week 1-2 : Understand Your Body
We assess what’s really going on - pain, injuries, movement issues - and create a smart plan to get you moving again without flaring anything up.
Week 2-4 : Start Building
Once your body’s firing properly, we train you to be stronger than you’ve been in years - using real strength training, scaled for your body and life.

Q : What if I’ve had serious injuries or surgeries?
This is exactly who we’re built for. We work with people recovering from joint issues, back pain, torn muscles, surgeries and more. Your assessment session maps out everything we need to know so we never put you in a position where something flares up unnecessarily.
Q: Is this like F45 or Fitstop?
Not even close. Those programs run the same workout for everyone every day. We're the opposite - every member follows their own personalised program, sessions are capped at 6 people, and your coach is actively coaching you throughout. If something doesn’t feel right, we adjust it on the spot.
Q: What are the session times?
We run 65 sessions per week across morning, midday and afternoon time slots. When you book your free call we'll walk you through the schedule and find times that actually fit your life.
Q : I haven’t trained in years. Will I be out of my depth?
No. Most of our members come in having been out of training for months or years. The Foundation is specifically designed as a starting point - we meet you exactly where you are and build from there. There's no minimum fitness level required.
Q : What happens after the 4 weeks?
In your “What's Next” session we’ll map out the best path forward based on what we've learned about you. Members can continue on our Basic Strength Rebuild Membership, with those wanting a higher level of support moving to the 12-Week Launchpad. No obligation either way.
Q : Where are you located?
Level 1, 331 Hope Island Road, right on the border between Helensvale and Hope Island. Easy parking, easy access.
Better yet, all our clients receive and app for accountability and easy tracking of their food and workouts. This also allows us to deliver you workouts to do at home or while travelling, ensuring you’ll always be able to do the next right thing
